Fellow Rotaractor’s,

Assalamu Alaikum. My heartily thanks to you all as your prayer, advice and guideline helped me to achieve the prestigious position of District Rotaract Representative of R.I Dist- 3280, Bangladesh. This is such a responsible position, which inspired me to continue to grow in leadership and knowledge, excellence in innovative application, communicate and share with team members. Rotaract movement in Rotary District Organization -3280 is very much known to all district of the world. Started from 1979-80 by Eng Jamal Uddin Ahmed of Dist 329, we elected 4 DRRs from Dist 329 and then 7 DRR’s from Dist 328 and now I’m writing as the 21st DRR of District 3280. All of your dedication, effort and the dynamic leadership of our Past leaders carried the movement in such a prestigious position. I wish I could carry this movement to higher position as DRR 2010-2011.

I like to thank all the Board Members, Past Presidents of Notre Dame College those have given me the concurrence to go for new journey. I want to thank all of my Team Members in this journey. This time I don’t want to mention their name. Special thanks to my Elder Brother Rtr PP Faruk Hussain, RC of Sonargaon North, Rtr PP Sheikh Shamsuzzaman Rumman, RC of Uttara, Rtr PP Mahmudul Hasan, RC of Dhaka Urbana. I will never forget all of their Love, Sacrifice and Advice. Hope we all will drive this district smoothly in a best way. And finally thank goes to all of you, with whom I’m going to run coming year.

Dear friends, we are not just a collection of young professionals or dream executors or leaders, we are, and always will be, ROTARACTOR. Long roads are ahead but if we work together we can achieve everything. I will always be honest with you about the challenges we face. I will listen to you and, above all, I will ask you to join in the work of delivering together, the only way it's been done in Rotaract District for 32 years -- block by block, brick by brick.

Friends, if you feel the same energy I do, the same urgency I do, the same passion I do, the same hopefulness I do then I am sure that all across the country, from Teknaf to Tetulia, the Rotaractors will rise up.

We have already done many things for the society. We have created Blood info website, we went to core villages to teach about computer, supported on Aila, Nargis, worked for polio eradication, Safe water ensuring, Sanitation, build different camps like Health, Eye, Dental etc. Not only that we organized different leadership training seminars, workshops which created our leadership skills. Now it’s the time to spread out our good jobs. All of our works needs to place in every stage of society. Thus we will get more new friends beside us to move forward. Yes friends, ROTARACT BRANDING is one of the main agenda of the year 2010-11.

Technology is playing an important role in our life. That’s why our job will also move around the technology. We already created district website where you will get the all kinds of information of Rotaract district. Not only this, you can submit your monthly club report (MCR) through this website. The good news is that we have the resources, we have the brainpower and we can do better, think bigger, and act bolder. Now it's time for us to prove to the world that we can still play better than anyone. Our engineers, Doctors, Executives, graduates, Players, Leaders are ready to try. But we require the machine which we run, require place where we build and require the field where we will play. And in the coming months, I am assuring that I will move everywhere to find out the proper Place for your professional development. Yeah Friends, Professional Development is the another main agenda of my year planning.

Dear friends, So many programs are waiting for you. District Assembly & District PESETS are very near to you. Again Directory typing is also going on. All of your help is required in this regard. Please be punctual for submitting the roster. I know you are ready. But to get the best result we have to think myself as a team player where all Rotaractors are in a team. We believe, Yes WE CAN because we have that kind of confidence. If together we deliver, we can achieve everything. Yeah Friends this is the true story. And you are right; my theme is “WORK TOGETHER”.

Dear Friends, I wish I can carry my responsibility as DRR (2010-2011). Please pray for me. We must remember our Motto, Purpose, and Goals. These are the pathways to reach our destination. Many difficulties we will face while doing something but don’t afraid. If together we deliver, then nothing can stop us. So remember & act, WORK TOGETHER.
